Archbishop Keldy, addressing a hospital meeting, said that the Church was against cremation, which, Bie said, was opposes to national sentiment and allied to materialism, and was therefore irreligious. The ohureSr had no misgivings on the subject. It was not only not essential, but wrong and uncalled for.
