The memibers of the New South Wales Totalisator Commission arrived here on Saturday, and wei-Q yesterday taken over 'the Maniawatu Racing Club's course at Awapuni. They also visited the High den stables and the Cloven-I'ea -stables, the latter being owned by Mr D. Buick, M.P. The commission, sits at Palrnierstcn North to-morrow and Tuesday, for the purpose of hearing the evidence of several well-known racing meai on. tEe question of the- totalise tor.
