Tho "Daily Chronicle" states that tlio Committee appointed to deal with the question .of breaking up large estates reports against tenant purchase. Finding a demand fox ownership, or State-assisted purchase, .among tlhe agricultural tenants of Euglaaid and Wales, the Committee recommends tihat when large estates become vacant, the State should purdhase them, and lease them to the tenant who occupies.
