SYDNEY, January 10. Captain Morne, ,of the Askoy, states that the crew were picked up one hundred and (twenty miles from the wreck after travelling two days. He adds little to story of the wreck*. There must have been a strong current which carried the vessel on the reef, ho said. "While on the reef the. vessel was surrounded by sharks, wihidh were close enough to Ik> struck by tlie men. The only inconvenience experienced in the small boat was from the .iot the weather was fine as the ])oat was too small to have outlived a storm.
