TROUBLE AT A PAH

The informant, in evidence, that the sth December defendant became annoyed at her daughter singing a. well-known refrajn., and, chasing both wdtnessi and. her daughter into the house, he sitruck them both wth his fist, causing a large bruise under witness' chin.

Mia and Rohi Tauria gave corrobkurative evidence. The defence was a denial of the fact that Mrs Tauria had been struck, while it was uirged that the daughter had simply been ' 'boxed m the ears", for. .aggravating- conduct.
