The annual meeting of the British and New Zealand Meat and Produce Co., Ltd., was held this afternoon. The Directors reported that for tlie year ending October 31st, 1911,.there wias a balance at co-ed.it of the profit and loss account amounting to' tlie sum. of £3lOl 12s Hd, which they considered' very satisfactory, and recommended that it be dealt -with by tlie payment of an 8 per cent, divad>end for the year,- extinguish the dtetbt standing against the defroster,, afad carry forward tihe balance, viz., £489 14s" 4d.
