WELLINGTON. Last Night

A fire this morning destroyed two houses- at Jvilbirnie, owned and occupied by Mr William. MiiJilar, and insured for £6OO in the London and LVi'jicaahi.ro office, and the furniture for £260 in the '.State office. The second house was occupied; by W. .1. Miller, and insured for £-550 in the Queensland office. The furniture was (insured for £l5O in the Royal office.

•NAPIEiIt, Last Night. A >six-rooin<ed dwelling at mcaidowst, owned by Mrs J. K. Martin , and occupied 'by J. Peters, was totally destroyed by fiire early this m-orning, states a Napier telegram. Nothing wias saved. The building was •insured if'or £5lO, and the furniture for £IOO in the United office.
