DOMINION FINANCE.
It is gratifying to note that the revenue. of the Dominion chows .an increase of nearly £BOO,OOO for the nine months ending December 31st last, compared with the same period in 1910. This increase, it will be observed, applies to every Department of State. This is at once an indicatiiou that the Don union i.s in a sound and prosperous condition. With the natural in population, and the ordinary development of tlie country, an increase in the revenue is to he expected'. When, however, this increase is sperad overy every Deipartment, the position becomes most encouraging.
