The plaintiff is the Inspector of Awards (Mir Le <>en). The writ sets out that during September and October, 1911, ,Watson'my gtigated certain, officers employed by / certain persons, firms, and Companies set out in award of . the Gourt of Arbitration re officers on small ~*c6astaJ steamers to become parties to an unlawful strike, thereby committing an offence under section u (1) of the Arbitration Act. Thecase Sb set down for hearing on, 30th January. ■
