He will probably announce that the Ministry .has been re-constructed, by the addition, of one northern and. two southern members', and that Parliament wfflU (be sutmmomed Sue thjeKtramsaotion"of huisdities& a tan 1 earffiiejr--per-iod than usual. Sir Joseph will, it is stated ,irut(imate that he'has reason to tliink itibat the Governim&ut can/ commiaaid a majority on tHie House, and. he .sees no necessity, for am immediate summoning of Parliament. A statement wiM also probably be made concerning the Legislative Council.
