CHKISTeeiURCH, Lust Night. The local manager of the New Zealand Shipping Company S'ays that the above cable is luurdily correct. The Now Zealand Shipping Company has acquired an interest in the Federal C'oni,pa';iy, but has not amalgamated with it.
Mr J. J. Kiiiusey, the local agent for the Federal Ccmpany, could sa.y ncf'lxng on the matter at all.
