HANYANG EVACUATED PAYMENT FOR TROOPS. (Rfcceaved Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) PEKING, January 3. The Imperiailfiists have evacuated Hianyang and entrained with their batteries northwards 1 . Thie Dowager Empress; has given 3,000,000 tools* snfficient to tfay the troops ! for six weeks. IXhiiis was given after Ynan Shah Kai> threatened to resign. The Manohiu Princes have received a minatory oomimiunication from fifteen prominent Generais-, demanding smbstantial contributions for the Imperial troops.
