LONDON, January 3.
The Times, in its educational supplement, sharply criticises the University of New Zealand on the lines of the University Reform Association's complaints. , ' Mr J. Joynt, Professor Sale, and MiHenry Major, have written justifying the system of selecting examiners, and the values of the New Zealand degrees.
