A telegram from Qiristchureh last night stated that His Excellency the Governor had left for WeilMnigton in response to an wgent call "on political business." This may be taken to mean, that the leader of the Reform Party has requested an interview, or that the Plrime -Minister contemplates resigning, or anything. At the present stage it is, to say the least, significant.
