PROPOSED CESSION OF TERRITORY A TELEGRAM REPUDIATED. (Received Last Niglit, 10.10 o'clock) PAIRITS, December 31. .In the Senate, a. sensation was caused by the production of telegrains showing that M. Jules* Gambon received instructions' from M. CSi'iippi, suggesting the cession of territory, without the knowledge of the Cabinet or P.riine Minister.
;M. Cimppi has written to President Cail'laux, denying the authorship of the telegrams.
