CHURCH SERVICES
The Rev. A. T. Thompson, 8.A., 8.D,, will conduct both the morning
and evening Lorvices at Knox Qhuroh to-morrow, and also the afternoon ;>erat Kopnaranga. Ilhe subject of tQie morning service will be, "The Abiding Presence," and for the evening, "The Passing of the Permanent."
The Rev. S. J. Serpell will take sho morning and evening services at the Masterton Methodist Church to-mor-rnm. Tlie morning and evening service at Kuripuni will bo taken by the Rev. J: E. Parsons, and the afternoon service at Rangitumau by the Rev.' Sei-pell. There will also be a United Watch Night service in the Methodist Ohurch at 11 o'clock to-morrow night. At the Baptist Church to-morr>w, Pastor Swinerd's subject in the morning will be "A Happy New Year," and in the evening, "We spend our years as a day that is told."
