SEAMAN DROWNED

, (By Telegraph — Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Last Night. * A trimmer named William Brown, Lorn the steamer Opawa, was drowned in the harbour late last night. Tho Deceased was going aboard the ship, when he fell from the gangway into the waiter. All efforts to save iiira foiled. Brown was 27 years of age. and a native of Scotland. He joined the Opawa at Wellington on this trip.
