Messrs and Waffiiaiß : «s/ Ltd., report:—At our Palmerston siale to-day we had a heavy yarding of lx>ttti sheep and carttlc, whfitih met with a brisk sale, the bulk of the entry selling at satisfactory prices The 1700 wethers offered on account of J. Barker, Esq., Porangiahau, sold readily from 12s 6d to 13s 2d. We quote: 4-tootih •wotßier®, 12s 6d, 12s lOd, 12s Hd, to 13s 2d; small ditto, 9s 2d, fat ewes, woolly, 17s 2d; forward ewes, 15s Id; shorn fat ewes, lis.-3d. Cattle: Forward bullocks, £6 2s fid to £6 15s; 3year bullocks, £5 10s Gd; 2-year steers : £4 8s; fat cows, £5 to £5 10s; forward cows, £3 9s to £3 17s; dairy cows, £4 10s to £5 10s; weamers, 20s i to 35s 6d. \
