In the Magistrate's Court to-day, Lsalbt/Jji HariHigtoii, alias Badsij was cihiarged with tho theft of £l2O from George Barrett. In connection, with the sanie offence, Heniry Hilditoh was dhargetd with receivitog tihie sum of £97 1« 9di, the property of Geo. Barrett, kniowing it to have beem stolen.. Each accused pleaded guilty. TJbfey' were committed to the Supreme Ooxwt for sentence.
