Britain branded. 1 (Received Deceanlber 20, 8.5 a.m.) BERLIN, December 19. Hero- Erzberger, Leader of the Centre Party, in a speech nit Kiel, appealed for am, imp-egnaibile najvyj declaring that the British fleet would be mobilised against:- Germany m the summer, 'therefore Britain was branded as a nation thiait intended.to make a,, ponderous attack on. the Gemmim people. He added that Britain was Germany's only opponent on the globe.
