THE SYDNEY TROUBLE new award issued. (Received Last Night, 10.20 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 20. The special Board appointed to deal j with tiho waterside workers' late I troubles liias issued an award, which I applies to wthiarf labourers employed on initer-Stiate and coastal traders. The award practically leaves the rate <:I pay iinailtered. The pay for c;vsu-i.: work is fixed at Is 3d per hour. The clarim for Is 6d was reftised. Tie overtime rate between 7 o'clock on Monday morning and four o'clock on Saturday afternoon will be Is lo£d per hour. .For.work on Sundays.; i Cliristnjas Day, and Good Friday the men will receive 4s 6(1 per hour, an i for other recognised holidays 3s 3d. Some of the working conditions'are varied, a reduction ' '% the working'hours' of the men. engaged, but'those not, on set work will be parid full rates for tihe first hour or portion and hlalf rates after wards.
