SUDDEN FRENZY.
* WOMAN'S MAD ACT. (United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph — Copyright.) (Received December 19, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, December 18. The lonic reports that on rounding Gape Horn Mrs Kate Hare, a widow, of New Zealand, in a sudden, frenzy, flung her mother (Mrs Herdman) to lihe deck and vaulted overboard. Her skirts kept Mins Hare afloat until a lifeboat rescued her. She afterwards died.
