EKETAHUNA STOCK SALE.
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual fortnightly sale at Eketahuna on. Friday: —We had a fair catalogue of both sheep end cattle, which met with a dragging sale. However, we managed ,to quit our whole yard privately. We quote:— 4-tooth to f .m. ewes and lambs, 17s lid, good wether hoggets, 14s to 148 3d; good ewe hoggets, lis 9a to 12s lid; poorer sorts, 9s 9d to 10s; good 4-tooth wethers, 13s; 2year steers, £2 15s, £3 ss, £3 lis to £4 8s 6d; empty heifers, £3 16s; cows and calves, £4 4s; yearlings, £2 to £2 7s 6d; bulls, £3 10s to £6 6s.
