NAVAL PRIZE BILL.
INSULT TO THE DOMINIONS. (Received December. 8, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Decebmer 7. In committee on the Naval Prize Bill, Mr Atherley Jones moved to omit clause 28. Mr Peto, the Unionist member for Devizes, commented on the fact that Hayti and San Domingo were repraseated in the International Court, while Australia and New Zealand were not deemed wortlry of representation. The clause was an insult to the Dominions.
