LIBEL ACTION.
(Received December 8, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, December 7. Mr Allison, of the Sportsman, appealed against Mr Justice jScrntton's order setting aside the writ served on the indepent press cables for allged 'libel appearing in the Sydney Sun un May 30th. The appeal was dismissed on the ground that the defendant was outside the jurisdiction of the Court and the proper person was not served.
