LONDON, December S. The Labour Party, in a message to the Socialists in the Reichstag, states that the estrangement lietween Britain and Germany was not due to the workers, but to the political and economic interests, and it was al.so the more necessary for those representing the popular mind to demonstrate unmistakably the international solidarity and goodwill if they desire peace.
