WELLINGTON, Last Night. An official report of a.special' meeting of the National l . Administration Council of the New Zealand Labour Party, held this evening,, to consider the attitude to he taken in connection with the second ballots, sates that the following resoiltutLow was' passed unanimously, "That this party doest not commit members to vote fkw or give their support to any but a pledged candidate of the New Zealand Labour Party."
