LONDON. December 8. Mr Bomir Law, speaking at BootJe. emphasised the fact that it was utterly impossible for Homo Rule to lie. carried as a part of the Liberals corrupt political bargain. He remarked that although to grant Home Rule from a party standpoint would be an advantage to the Un.ion.isti;, inasmuch us the Nationalists were solidly against them, the Unionists were determined to oppose- Homo Rule to tho las', gasp. When the time came there would bo no shrinkit'g, and they would take a strong action to defeat one of tho most ignoble conspiracies ever formed against the liberty of free born men
