AN ANGRY DENIAL

LONDON, December 3. ■Mr Morgan Sinister, the American in control of Persian finances, angrily denies Sir E. Grey's statement that he is annoying Russia by Anglicising the Persian service, and alleges that he dismissed several British officials. Tho American Government lias taken steps to ensure Mr minister's protection.
