PARIS, Deoember 3. A court martial at Lille condemned a trooper named Benzeboc to death for flinging his cap at tihe president of the court martial
The man's motive was a desire to share the imprisonment of a friend who was sentenced to ten years for throwing a .shoo at the surgeon in tho Penitentiary.
