AUCKLANDi, Last Night. In the Supreme Court yesterday, Mlartliia Jane O'Shcuighsnessy, convicted of mamislaughiter in conneota'lon/ •wiith the death of Msie Holland, at •King'sland', was sentenced) to seven years' imprisonment: The jury found Mary Haasell and Charlotte Campbelll g.un])ty of conspiracy to defeat the ends of justice, and James O'Sihaugihaiessy 'not guilty. Jialhes O'Shlaugihnessy was, .therefore ..discharged, and'Oanipbeifo and HasseH ware each sentenced to twelve •months.
