THOMPSON—PAYNE PICTURES.
Both entertainiments at the Foresters'* Hall on Saturday were packed .to the doors. The programme this evenling contains a fine selection of diramatac, scenic and comedy pictures'.. A > quaint home story has been woven in. a pretty manner round "The Quaker Mother." ■ "The Stumbling xjiLock" shows the clever Vitagraph dog Jean at her best.. A swift succession' of thrilling incidents adequately describe "Ko&o of Kentucky," by the American Biograph Company, while an exciting story of strength and atmosphere in "Queen of the Brigands" was' un■foildedi, being a magnificent historical work of art and beauty, superb in mounting audi dressing, making a majestic display. "Three Arabian Erin ceases" should prove 'most interesting. Lubin comedies are always welcomed!, being of a humorous novel type, and in. "The New Picture Operator" we have some clever work., Another comedy that should attract and amuse is "Jealous Jake." Sev--eral ooiraes of the laughter-getting kind are included in the entertainment, and the T.-P. orchestra will accompany the pictures, with dainty and pleasing music
