THIRTY MILLIONS FOR SHIPS

LONDON, November 30. It is rumoured that Mo- Winston Churchill is contemplating a loan of £30,000,000, besides the usual estimates. The Pall Mall Gazette states there is reason to believe that tho loan will be larger, as besides shipbuilding it- will include a special allotment for docks for Dreadnoughts.
