There could be as much reason to attribute the rejection of the Town Hal! proposal in Feilding to the absence of license,; in neither case was ihere any connection between the prooosals of License and No-License. The statement thus- in our opinion must fail on. the evidence given to support it. and there is therefore no need to farther consider it."
