WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological Office this evening issued the following summary and forecast:— A westerly storm amaa flias/ developed, withi rain, ini most parte of the country, and westerly winds, fitorong to gafe, have prevailed. The barometer i'as falen, slowly ia the North, bob has beeni very unsteady in the South'.
