ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 26. The peasants of Orenberg and Tuigai, where the horrors of 1891 and famine, are being repeated, are. flocking into the towns asking for speci.il services and the administration of tho Last Communion in order that they may bo prepared for deatli. The Orenberg crop is 86 per cent, below the average.
