(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, November 25.

It lias been discovered that the Liverpool explosion was caused by the ignition of dust particles. One workman had a narro'v escape. Not finding an exit after the explosion, he buried himself an a pile of sacks. A numl>er of rats, which were in a similar plight, took refuge under his body. He was in this position for two hours.
