SIROCCO RAGING.
AUSTRIAN STEAMER WRECKED

VIENNA, November 24
A sirocco has been raging an the Adriatic Sea for the pase three days.
Shipping has been damaged. The Austrian steamer Romania was wrecked at Rovigno, 40 miles south by west of Trieste. It is reported thai. 60 persons were drowned.
