TOKIO, November 24. Count Jutaro Komura, G.C.M.G., G.C.V.0., ie dead.
{The deceased Count was one of the. foremost diplomats of Japan. He was born at Hyuga in 1885, and educated at Tokio College, and' Harvard l Univemsity Law School, U.S.A. He was Charge d'ATFoires in China in 1893-94; Minister to Korea, 189596; Voce-iMinister for Foreigni Affairs, 1896-98; Minister to U.S.A., Russia, Cfhina, 1808-1801; Minister far Foreign Affairs, 1901-1906; Japanese Amoibasfiador to Great Britain, 1906-08.)
