MAN ARRESTED IN MELBOURNE.
REMANDED TO SYDNEY.

MELBOURNE, November 23. The man Moiir, .who was arrested in connection with the minder of Trevasions in lids reside'iK'e in a suburb of Sydney, has. been remanded to Sydney. 'illie po'ice, in evidence, stated that when arrested, Mbir gave the name of Carmacha'el, and stated that 'lie fed at lialliiarat, ami had never been in Sydney. He afterwards- admitted that his- mime was Moir, and that he knew Trevascus. H e .wrote a letter to him .signed "Fisher," offering to Eel pLiatJumm pins, through which he wias traced.
