The jwesent indications are for strong (southerly winds, and generally cold taud changeable weather. Rain An anost (pants of the ooaimtry/'and frosts inland in the South. Rough seas, will (probably ibe experienced on all the western coast and southward of East Cape. The (barometer is> now rising everywhere, land the weather is likely to improve in a short time.
