Ra>in has fallen in. many parts, and w heavy thunderstorm *vi/fch hail occurred inland in tihe South (to-day. Tie barometer is stiß very low in the isotiithiem districts. Present indications are for liigli wested'lly wind, with a tendency, and! a change may be expected Boon from (that qua<rter. TJ<n/settled and colder weather 'is probable generally, and a rising barometer every■Rfliere shortly.
