THE CHINESE REBELLION.
YUAN-SHIH-KAI RECEIVES AN OVATION. (Received November 14, 10.35 a.m.) PEKIN, November 13. Yuan-S.hih.-Kai received an ovation on 'his arrival at Pekin. The Imperial troops continue killing Chinese, or cutting off their arms and hands. Many who were engaged in Red Gross work have been killed or mutilated. The British and Gorman admirals visited Nankin and advised the .Consulates to close, as the warships were unable to protect them.
