The newspaper Ziots' Berlin correspondent reports that Britain unavailingly sought precise information with regard to the object of tho visit of tho gunboat Panther to Agadir; hence Mr Lloyd-George was commissioned to make, a speech which produced the German rep]}' within 24 hours. (Received November 14, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, November 13. Tho Times' Berlin correspondent states that, as a. result of the Grown Prinoo incident, Herr Bethman-Holl-wog directly raised the question of Iris resignation, but he has received a reassurance of the Kaiser's confidence.
