ALLEGED MISAPPROPRIATION
YOUNG MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. In the Magistrate's Court at Mastfcerton yesterday, 'before Messrs M. Oasellbarg aaid 'E. McEwen, J.'sP., a young omaai manned Horace Garter was dhaiiged, on remand, with tlbe misappropriation of goods and* cash, to the valiue of £7O 0s 6d, tihe property of J. L. Murray, mercer, of Ma;sterton, by wthom Ike iliad ibeen employed as a itravellleir. Constable Brown prosecuted, and Mr P. L. HoHings appeared for the accused.
