Italian official circles consider that Italy has given proof of her forbearance in refraining from an attack on European Turkey, but its patience is becoming exhausted. The fleet in the Greek Archipelago is ready for action. CHOLERA AMONG TURKS. LACK OF DOCTORS. "(Reoeived Last Night, 11.30 o'clock.) TRIPOLI, November 14. A deserter states that cholera is raging in the Turkish camp, where is a lack of doctors. Ammunition is abundant, but there is a dearth of provisions. OFFERS OF HELP. '(Received November 14, 9.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 14. The Turld'sh Consul has received offers from over one hundred Australians to fight against the Italians. He ihas also received a cable from a GhristChurch resident stating that he could raise a troop, probably a squadron, of I experienced British veterans. The Consul, in expressing his heartfelt /thanks, explains that the new Turkish military regulations allow of the incorporation, in the Imperial army of ' Ottoman subjects only. 1 The Italian Consul reports receiving a cable from Tripoli, under date lltly November, stating that the Italian King's birthday was celebrated there J .The Arab chiefs rendered homage and . money was distributed to tho poor.
