SAILORS REFUSE DUTY.

FREMANTLE, November 13. Thirty seamen and firemen on the steaimer Koombana- have refused duty, demanding that the chief steward should leave the ship. A meeting of the Seamen's Union endorsed the strike. A wire from the Sydney Seamen's and Firemen's Union advised the men to resume work, but they decline to do so until the steward is removed.
