BALLOONIST'S DEATH.

NEW YORK, November 12.
A balloonist named Pellor made an ascent at Oklahama. and when descending with a parachute the bar broke at a height of three thousand feet.
He held the broken ends to within a hundred feet of the ground, when he fell and was killed.
