Sir,—As Mr Hogg opens Ms campaign in Masterton to-naghit, I slhbiild like to tell him that there is a rumour ahlroad, that ihe has made a compact with the" Government to vlote lior them on every no-eonhdence motion, > and that this is the reason; there is. no Ministerial, candidate put forward. Wall Mr Hogg; tell us whether there is l an arrangement between Ministers and himself on this subject, or whether Ministers are taking dt for granted?—l am, etc., REFORM.
