NOTICE is herciby given that the Castlepoint County Council proposes to raise a loan, under "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908," and its amendments, and "The New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1900/' of -which the following are particulars;— The loan is required for the purpose of acquiring, fencing, forming, and metalling a deviation on the Ti-nui-Manawa section of the Tinui-Alf-redton Road.
